Dr. Michael A. Miyasaki, DDS is the host of the AIOBIO QBLISS Clinical Series. A practicing clinician and internationally recognized dental educator, he has lectured worldwide on minimally invasive, patient-centered dentistry and brings decades of hands-on clinical experience to each session, sharing practical, case-based insights on how visual diagnostics can strengthen everyday examinations, patient communication, and preventive care.
Course Description
Many patients do not act because they do not fully understand what clinicians see. This program explores how visual diagnostics can transform the hygiene exam into a clearer, more engaging, and more motivating clinical experience.
Attendees will learn how fluorescence-based images can support patient education, strengthen trust, and improve acceptance of preventive and early-intervention recommendations. The session will also highlight practical ways to incorporate visual findings into hygiene workflows, doctor-hygienist communication, and routine re-care visits for a more consistent and modern standard of care.
