Dr. Yasmine Peterson is a general dentist practicing in Sacramento, California, with a focus on comprehensive, prevention-centered dentistry. She incorporates advanced diagnostic technologies into everyday patient care to help identify disease earlier, improve patient education, and create a more proactive approach to oral health. In her practice, Dr. Peterson uses AIOBIO’s biofluorescent technology during comprehensive and recall examinations to visualize bacterial activity and support clinical decision-making. She is passionate about using technology to help patients better understand what is happening in their mouths and to shift dentistry from simply treating disease to identifying opportunities for prevention and earlier intervention.
Course Description

This session will examine how visual diagnostics can help clinicians document baseline conditions, follow biofilm control, observe early lesion changes, and support preventive conversations with greater clarity.
